I get my wife to buy the kitty litter that comes in the big square buckets strictly for the bucket

Check out the bakeries and donut places in your area they get them with filling and frostings in them, Menards sells them too not sure how big they are maybe 4 gallons I'd guess!

Caseys General in your area try them!

X2

The lids have gaskets and are good for storage. I keep my lures in them. Our local grocery store gives them away if you ask.

I put out a notice on Facebook neighborhood pages for kitty litter buckets. I can literally have a truck full of them by the afternoon.

my neighbors buy the litter in buckets , I am to cheap the same litter on the other side of the isle at the store is 6.49 for 40 pounds in a bag and the bucket is 12.99 for 25 pounds

but yes put and add on Craig's list or just post on your face book and you can have a bunch if them for free , if you offered 1 dollar for buckets in good shape I bet you would have a never ending supply of them

someone here had folding coroplast coni boxes but I can't find them now , if you had to buy new buckets the folding coni boxes would be worth it , if you are trapping form a boat they may still be worth it.

I use them in a pickup tool box for gloves, chains, jumper cables, etc. Saves space that is wasted by round buckets. Never found a square blue bucket.

Check the local building supply centers and big box home stores, they get chain in square pails and usually throw them away when empty. Wife works at Lowes and was bringing home the black square 4 gallons for me. After 5 dozen, she put her foot down and refused to bring anymore home.

Coons see a lot of white buckets and become shy, but not so with a blue bucket.
