About a week ago I was given a bobcat carcass. I decided that I would try my hand at making some bait with the help of my dad who knows how to do it. After reading on here I read about a great idea of buying a cheap grinder to grind the meat. Over this past weekend I went onto Facebook's Marketplace and found one for $25. I offered $20 and picked it up today. Here's what I got. It came with 6 screens and all of the stuffing tubes.

I got one identical I replaced the handle with a 10" pulley and a 3/4 hrs motor it grinds very well! I grind rats bone and all minus the tails and feet and I crush there heads use the courses plate on the first grind if you want more of a paste go to a finer plate till you get your desired consistency. Now you will be dreaming of things to grind up! I can tell you they don't handle big fish scales very good!! You have to clean the plate very often. But it will do them just be patient!

I have a clamp on hand grinder that I used a couple times for grinding muskrat. May not have as many attachment but would ship it to anyone that wants it for the price of flat rate shipping postage. I went to sporting goods store and bought an electric one that I use for bait meats and such... The old one is an antique to say the least. I had bought it at a garage sale for a buck in original box. Not sure I still have box though.
Wish I had more time to trap....

Thanks for the tips Tony, I appreciate it. I'm already planning on keeping it very clean so that I can alsomake sausage with it. If I get into grinding whole muskrats I might change that plan. Lol
