It's a 3-XK Easy set Triple Clutch. The 2-XC had a round pan.

Can you read the pan? If not, it has very little collector value.

The missing chain is another minus.

That trap is best as a wall hanger or sucker some body in that isn't a trap collector at a flea market or Antique mall.

Trap was made in the late 20s and early 30s.

Assuming the pan is not readable, $10.00. Absolute max. IMO

I'm no Triumph expert but I believe they made the jaws on that particular model with clutches hanging down and plain jaws. Possibly that model with teeth too. Hard to tell from your photo.

I've got a #3 plain jaw model that came in a cardboard box full of other traps I bought... Original chain, pan is readable. One missing safety latch is about the only major flaw.
