Yep followed closely by welfare, social media, lack of parenting, and feeling of entitlement.

Media. It ALL has an agenda. Brainwashed the main majority of Americans. Think critically people.

Yes, but I see most of those other things as liberalism. The government dole is a liberal philosophy. The effect of indoctrination by a biased 'news' media is really underestimated. That is definitely part of the liberalism agenda.

They are very effective and very persistent...

Look at the push from the media for war leading up to the end of Saddam....it was extremely effective and many today still believe it because it was so effective.

Phil Donahue had the highest rated daytime TV show at the time and all he did was suggest that we really think the push for war thru and they dropped him in a flash like a bad habit. It was really one of the most effective propaganda campaigns in history.

And look at what became of that war.......the rise of the muslim terror wave and regional chaos that will last forever...

Not Necessarily. Many Native Alaskans had a maternal society, and they respected each other well. What ruined them Was alcohol.

However, unlike our society, the boys and girls were largely kept separate, and the fathers taught the sons and the mothers taught the daughters. Shoot some even had berdache's, yet they still functioned well as a society.

Like I alluded to drugs are what are ruining society. Was talking to a friend the other day, and he didn't believe alcohol wasn't a drug. STOP MAKING OUR SOCIETY THINK GOOD IS EVIL AND EVIL IS GOOD HOLLYWOOD. IMO Alcohol is one of the worst drugs. Does that mean we should ban it, NO, but it does mean we need to make sure that people understand how harmful it can be for them.

Another thing is that we need to have the fathers teaching the boys and the mothers teaching the girls. I think that this is why whartonrattrappe posted what he did, the fathers(generally) are either not there or are incredibly sissy-like. And to some extent Hollywood glorifies it.

In this country life is easier to live than it ever has been. We have conveniences to simplify or eliminate the easiest tasks...

When life was a struggle you and your spouse and family depended on each other to get jobs done so you and the kids didn't starve or lose everything.

When life was a struggle you could turn to your neighbor(s) for help with a difficult job... Like building a barn. Now we hire it out, pay cash, and don't even know what our neighbor does for a living.

I guess I could go on and on...

But it boils down to having everything we could want or need. And having more idle time than ever before... Lots of free time to be involved in things we probably shouldn't.

Our obsession with making life easy has made it so easy that we no longer value the things that made us strong when life was hard.

Much if not all mentioned here is a direct result of turning our back on God. The Bible has verses through out it's pages telling us of the evil that will happen when we decide we know more than Him and decide we are so smart we can do it on our own. For a book that was written thousands of years ago, it sure has a pretty good description of what has happened so far in this world. And what will happen in the future. To some who have rejected the Word of God it all seems like foolishness. But to those who have the Holy Spirit it all makes sense.

Coyote parenting, "Old enough to walk your on your own" today, people have lost a lot of their sense of community and adapted the gangster mentality more then they care to admit.

As a child the family did things as a family no matter how much we kids hated it but we learned a lot on those outings like people are often different and you learn to respect that.

Finn is right. All in all we live in a good place. Our problems are solvable if we take the time to apply ourselves.

I worry about paying my bills and putting my kids through college... Not starving this winter or how many of my kids won't live to see their 5th birthday.

The fact that we have it too easy has created a different set of problems.

Actually non parent liberals have been given most of the child rearing power.....school and pre school care is mostly run by liberals. Not many kids are spending the majority of their time with the family group.

Most of the things already said are true.
We growing more and more to consider evil-good and good-evil. If you don't agree with the left on abortion, gays, BLM, or issues of morality, it's hate. But, for the left, it's exercising their right to free speech.

There are porn movies just about every week in the theatres. Most people won't act on them, but there are some who will with rape, even murder.

Some women dress more provocatively today than they did in my day in the sun. I know that shouldn't matter and a woman should be able to wear what she wants and not have to worry about being kidnapped, raped, or even murdered. But, there will always be a few men who can't control them selves. Have you seen all the rape cases in the news lately?

The left will say these things have nothing to do with the increase of violence on women. They believe this because they don't have any common sense.
