Well, maybe the NRA will stop him. Oh wait... What a sad state we're in. A new York Democrat doing anti-gun things backed by a "pro gun" group. Fake news B.S. Cheeto-in-chief doing us dirty again. Rubber spined republicans still line up to sell his poop tickets.

This is where I have problems with the President. He's further left on some things than his predecessor. A big reason he didn't get my vote in the primary. As for bump stocks some will argue it's just a frivolous accessory not needed for the operation of a firearm. So is a scope, a clip, a tripod, etc. A slippery slope we are now on. Finn as for the NRA backing Trump's election, I don't reckon they had much of a choice, except no recommendation. Who did the GOA back?

I'm not going to vote for anyone ever again who supports welfare, business subsidy, college forced inflation subsidy (student loan program), who will not fine heavily ALL employers employing illegals, who supports foreign aid, or believes in "reasonable" gun control.

I withdrew my membership. Back to being the Lone Ranger, riding the edges of decency. That will accomplish much in the way of preventing new infringements on 2A. The sit-on-my-arse-and-do-nothing-but-whine-about-folks-and-groups-engaging-in-the-fight approach... There's already a couple million gun owners taking that approach. It isn't working.
Eh...wot?

Funnier than an Eddie Murphy stand up routine. As convoluted as Obama talking about health care. Bleat sheep bleat. No coyotes in this pasture. The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semi-automatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations. In an increasingly dangerous world, the NRA remains focused on our mission: strengthening Americans' Second Amendment freedom to defend themselves, their families and their communities.

Fully-automatic. Is that redundant? You'd think an association of riflists could do without that added descriptor. Fully semi automatic. Fully lever action. Fully single shot.

While neither the NRA or the GOA are perfect in all aspects, nothing organized by man never is, I don't believe the winning approach is to bad mouth these organizations. One thing about the left is they stick together. They just have to sit back and watch those on the right tear apart the very thing they argue. Disagreements are necessary to the outcome of a good agreement. That don't mean we on the right should throw each other under the bus over these disagreements. There's a Book that states "A house divided shall not stand." No truer words ever written.

You belong to a group that supports infringement. I don't. Go back and restructure your argument, sonny. While you continue to do nothing but whine and let the rest of us pull your weight? Got it.

If you want me to quit calling a spade a spade it aint happening. Sorry. Quit your compromising ways. Nothing wrong with calling a spade a spade, just better ways to do it without becoming a detriment to those who support the 2A. As for compromise how in the Hades do you think the Constitution came about? Compromise is okay as long as it passes the litmus test of the U.S. Constitution. As for the bump stock ban I don't believe it passes that test.IMO. So as a member of this organization I would recommend that they no longer endorse candidates but simply provide a track record of their history on the 2A. Anyhow there's a march today of a segment of the population that is becoming more and more communist in it's thinking and having tremendous influence upon our youth. That's who the fight should be against!

I do not like the direction I'm being pulled in either. Do you believe in the right to arm yourself or don't you? It's not a complicated question. Do free people have a right to the same arms as their government? If they do not how do those "free people" defend their freedom?
How come the more "gun control" we get, the more people we get crying for more? No matter what attempt is made to compromise with people bent on enslaving themselves, it's never enough. When are freedom loving firearms owners going to tell those infringing on them to stick it in their ear??????????????? Embrace freedom. Don't pretend infringements on the bill of rights is a good thing.
