Does gassing people bother me? No. No more than shooting someone or running them over slowly with a bulldozer, burying them alive or any other ways people kill each other. Genghis Khan rolled people up in carpets and trampled them with horses.
The more important piece than my opinion is that of following the Constitution. War is war, and calling it something else does not mean it isn't an undeclared illegal war. Many people disagreed with theach last administration's forays into the morass of the middle east, but look past this administration's same abuses.

Russia has been turned down by the UN Security Council in its efforts to pass a resolution that would condemn "the aggression against Syria by the U.S. and its allies in violation of the UN charter."

Only Russia, China and Bolivia voted in favour of the draft, while nine members of the council must approve it before a full vote goes ahead. Even if the vote had been approved, the U.S., the U.K. or France would have had veto powers.

The cards are on the table and they are clear to read this is no bluff.

We will wait and see how this unfolds.
