I can't view that link. But a few years ago I decided to build a blind out of square bales. And build It on a hay wagon. When talking to a warden he told me that as long as I removed one wheel It would be legal. I don't know If that's still the case.

That is quite the stand! I know of several deer stands inside old gravity box’s on running gear that get moved around annually. Don’t know if legal or but deer don’t seem to avoid them.
