The convention was a huge success. As the first convention I attended this year, I figured it would be a good indicator of how well attended the conventions will be this year. I was very surprised at the large crowd we had. I hope the rest of the conventions are as well attended as this one.

The District 8 folks did a masterful job of insuring the smooth running of this event. If you needed something, they were right there helping. Thank y'all for all the hard work you put into this event. It was greatly appreciated.

There is limited dealer sales on Sunday. Most all dealers packed up this evening. I had to because I have to get back to beaver'n on Monday.

Good to see you PAUL, and many others. Had a great time, met many good tailgaters. Well run convention, great set up, best showers I have ever had at a convention.

Most tailgaters I’ve seen in a long time. And the place was pretty packed. I know a few dealers ran out of some of their popular lures.

I was there on Fri .Lots of vendors and tail gaters and a very good crowd . The PTA and District 8 put together another good convention .And not to forget the North American Trap Collectors Association ,Inc was also involved in this years event . The whole weekend is a credit to all the volunteers that helped make the event a success

I am sure George will appreciate the compliments and now it is my turn. Yesterday the word on the street was for us District 8 guys to be at the fair grounds at 10:00 AM this morning for clean up. Leading up the the convention we had plenty of help each work day, I heard guys grumble that a lot of people that helped with the set up would be no where to be found for the clean up. I arrived at the fair grounds at 9:40 AM and they were done already. It saved this old man some work but I did want to help.

Don Clark and the new people at the fairgrounds have done wonders to the place the last 5-10 years. Kudo's to those guys for turning our fairgrounds and speedway around!

Dang, they keep jumping 2 hours east of me to 2 hours west. We're about due to get another one in Cambria or Clearfield county before long.

I won’t miss this one. They moved the weekend of our family reunion next year, and Washington is closer to me than the place where WV has their conventions.
