I'm not seeing grey fox in this auction. Anyone know if they will be in the auction?

There are quite a few species not in the auction catalogs - skunk, badger, ermine, possum, grey fox, etc.

My quests is that with the May sale being so late, there weren't enough freshly received goods to put up a decent collection. So they are holding those fresh goods until next season.

Any grey fox (and there not offered species) that are left over from the May sale will be available PT. Why waste time in the auction room on items with very little interest.

The catalogs have been posted since last Friday meaning that the grading/lotting is done. I do not understand why NAFA seems so intent on keeping us shippers in the dark as long as possible. When the catalogs are posted, the lotting letters should be posted!

What gives NAFA?

Normal for all auctions.

Providing wild fur to the industry at below the cost of production for over 50 years.

Mostly carbon neutral since 1948.

NAFA has always released the letters on the first day of inspection, or the next.

After the number of mink sold in Kopenhagen and at SAGA the trade may be running on fumes, this sale may not be a good indicator for next season, only for current market conditions.

Seems like it will be a light sale for coyotes at least for the Eastern section.
