I bought some 220s a while back and was wondering if someone could gave any info on them. They are 7 inches tall but only 6.5 inches wide. They have conibear on the dog so I'm assuming they are Victors. They are very strong traps. Just wondering if anyone has ever seen 220s like these and had any info on them. Thanks

Have used them since 1976 every year and if I had to choose 1 trap for farm land fur harvesting,,, it would be a 220 size body grip. From red fox on down and even in a tight beaver situation, once you understand animal movement you can make them work in a lot of situations. Foot traps are as versatile as any but once the dead of winter hits it is easier and more productive (for me) to keep a body grip trap working.

I wish we could use them on land (without boxes and without them having to be 4' off the ground). They are a great trap, just too many restrictions for me to use them very often.

I have some vics that are 7 inches but these measure 6.5 from rivot to rivot. They are very good traps but I like using H stands and these don't fit on them at all. I just wondered if anyone else had any like that.

Bend your H stands a bit. I have some 330's that don't fit. I just tweek them a bit.
