As far for mixing concrete, if you use the 60# bags, it’ll work the dickens out of you! Lol. Using it for wax dirt I’ve got no clue.

I just bought one and intend to do that with it..It isn't heavy duty by any means , but it should handle the dirt mixing as it's already dry and sifted... Guess I'll see soon enough.. I'm not sure whether to go with a weed torch or melt the wax first as I've read on here.. Guess I'll find that out too.. Good Luck.. No matter how you look at it , it's cheap and won't stand up to much abuse... Be gentle Grasshopper !!!! LOL The dirt has to be hot before you add the wax. If you pour molten wax into cons dirt it will become a solid block. Use the weed burner to heat the dirt then put in either flake wax or premelted wax.
The beauty of the second amendment is it wont be needed until they try to take it. -Thomas Jefferson

Only thing I'd worry about it breaking down the dirt into dust with a mixer, I like mine to have some "chunkiness" to it for drainage reasons I have had the finer dirt hold the water on top long after the ground had absorbed the water that was not waxed.
