I do the same thing. Delivery when she is at work. Had a couple dozen MB 550s show up one day when she had a day off for a doctor appointment I wasn't aware of. I survived but just barely. Luckily she didn't ask how much they cost. She just wanted about that being the last thing I needed was more traps. I don't lie to my wife I just don't tell her everything.

Everything I order online is "around 50 bucks " . I don't tell her how far around that 50 it is sometimes. Really like that new AC/DC Tig welder I got for " around 50 bucks "

Easy here if I've got the money I get it and she knows! If I don't have the money I don't get it till I do, or I change my mind. It's all smooth sailling in mt. Lebanon country. This reminds me gotta send out a check for more traps!!!!

they accepted the pastors thanks , and as he was walking away , John said to Bill and Bob that he hoped his wife went first , the others agreed.
Pastor overheard this and returned and said gentlemen that is so thoughtful of you to not want to want to put your wives through such pain.

to which Bob said , he wasn't even married but since he already had Fred's boat and no room to store a 4th or 5th how sad it would be for some stranger to get their boats for what they told their wives they paid for them.

I know me either, the kids will rat me out so I announce anything I have done the second I walk in the house before they have a chance.


there have been a few occasions when I may have gone for say a haircut and returned with a hair cut and a shotgun but barber shops just aren't what they used to be so that doesn't happen much any more.

have it delivered to you local post office "General Delivery". It gets to the post office, you pick it up, she never knows!

I wish it was 50 bucks, but there are traps on there, too.

Try explaining that traps are an investment. They pay for themselves, then make money over time. How many other things are there that we spend money on, that do that? It may take longer with today's fur prices, but it still holds true.

Just tell her there are alot worse things you could be doing.....so much worse

Just tell her your the man of the house and that's just the way it's going to be from now on if she likes it or not and you don't want to hear any of her lip either!!!!
