Anybody know where I can get a new suspension for my old aluminum McDonald hard hat?

The webbing is shot and the sweatband is gone. Any help will be greatly appreciated. smile

Looks like I may be out of luck. I have the 'old style' with the rivets in the brim.


Q. I'm looking for a suspension for an old style MacDonald Round Hardhat with the rivet fasteners on the brim instead of inside the crown. Do you have any like this or maybe know somewhere I might be able to locate one or two....Thanks....Brad Heath

Charlie, try looking on ebay for the whole hat or just the harness, I've seen the hats there. One with a good harness could be cannibalized.

baily's has a similar aluminum hard hat they have made for them that they carry the suspension for a new complete is 54.99 blaze orange or unpainted

it has all the ANSI ratings , if you cobble together parts will your business insurance provider pay out if you get injured or tell you you weren't wearing approved safety gear.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Try Madsen's in the state of Warshington. I think Madsens1 on Google. If those guys don't know where to find it, it can't be found.
