Was at The New York State Department Of Motor Vehicles Office Applying For the Vanity License Plate: WALLEYE but it was already Taken. How about WALLEYED, the DMV Clerk suggested ? The Rest Is History. w

I started out water trapping for muskrats. That got me hooked on trapping everything in the water and on land. But...to me, I just love being down in the ditches, on a cold, snowy November morning setting steel. Pull up to a big culvert, dive down into the ditch and start slinging!
When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

Gulo is Latin word translating to "glutton" in English. Both the genus and species of wolverine. I did wolverine research in Alaska for many years. Later, really enjoyed trapping them. Still a fascinating critter to me.
