Bic, I have watched your boy play for two years now. My boy plays Jr. High ball for Bellwood, we end up at most varsity games. #77 is impressive to watch. A few weeks ago during the Glendale game, his name was called most of the third and fourth quarter. He came away with quite a few tackles and a young man from Bellwood saying, "Dad, did you see that #77?" "He's the kinda lineman I hope to be." You should be a proud dad, there is no doubt he works his tail off and loves that game.
Bellwood and Glendale is a mismatch. As are most other teams on our schedule. Maybe a conversation we could have another day. I hope your boy all the best in his football career. He's one of the best I've seen play here.

Outstanding. I am not a football fan in any way shape or form, but I do admire young people that excel in any endeavor. Congratulations to a fine young man, and to his parents as well. Ya done good, Denny, now fix the young'un something to eat, he's probably hungry after earning that award. Charlie

Nice work and also keep working hard on the grades too. Jim

Congrats to Colt for being a Hero to young boys that are watching him play to the best of his ability. Something to remember and to pass right on down the Family Tree. He catches He77 from some of his team mates because when he makes a tackle or Sack, he reaches his hand down to help the other fella up. His team mates yell at him for doing it. Colts explanation is, "They know how they got down there". The whistle blew, the plays over. When we line up, I can go back to being mean and put him on the ground again but there is no purpose to being ignorant once the play is over. He has had several opponents tell him AFTER the games that he is the nicest kid on the team. That means something to him.

Good deal. Maybe he'll grow up to play for Bama! I highly doubt that! Do you realize what kind of Genetic Freak it takes to play ball at that level. You need to be my boy's size but run faster than anyone on your High school team. Then to top it off you better be able to bench press a Buick!

True that Bama only recruits the cream of the crop but if he puts the time into training, since he seems to be so invested in the sport, he can probably find a good college team to play for. Penn State's standards aren't quite as high, LOL.

We just hoping that football can give him a little help on his college bills. Any assistance is better than none!

Are 3 star recruits considered "Cream Of The Crop" recruits. Last time I checked Bama had 17 3 star recruits.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Bama and Penn ST are actually neck in neck on recruiting. But, I only see Bama having 7 3 stars, which is just one less than PS. This year, GA leads the recruiting game by leaps and bounds.
