Political grandstanding to manipulate peoples emotions. This has become the hallmark of the Democratic party, not withstanding that Republicans do this sometimes as well ( just not nearly as much). The issue of Obama's place of birth is a good example. The public has always been manipulated by their emotions but seems to think that today, they are much to intelligent for this to happen, probably the case forever.

I am currently looking. I’d like to go back to my native Montana but that state is in hyperdrive to become worse than Minnesota. I’m feeling like a lost citizen of nowhere.

My wife and I are considering Iowa, this state sucks politically.

Look into the free state project. However, realize freedom ain't all roses either.

South Dakota is where I'd go. I could/would be closer to where I work than where I live now.
