On FNT's website it says the WI snare is also legal in MO and PA, so I would think the MTP Wisconsin snare is what your looking for

(7) Cable restraint device: A device for the live-capture of certain furbearers in a non-water set by use of a cable loop made of stranded steel cable, not greater than five feet (5') long (not including extensions), with a diameter of not less than five sixty-fourths inch (5/64") and equipped with a commercially manufactured breakaway rated at three hundred fifty pounds (350 lbs.) or less, a relaxing-type lock, a stop device that prevents it from closing to less than two and one-half inches (2 1/2") in diameter, and an anchor swivel, but shall not be equipped with a compression-type choke spring, or be otherwise mechanically-powered. 5/64"+ cable 350# bad 60" long max 2 1/2" deer stop non-powered lock anchor swivel I would be surprised if only one is legal.

That ^^^^^^ description above is right off the Mo SOS site. It is code, 3 CSR 10-20.805-7 https://www.sos.mo.gov/cmsimages/adrules/csr/current/3csr/3c10-20.pdf I think Wi has to have 285# BAD, but we can have 350# BAD. so it would be legal but; Wi cable has to be at least 3/32 rather than 5/64; Wi cable can be 7' long ours can only be 5' long; I think Wi requires the reverse bend lock Mo does not. There may be a dozen other differences. The 7' cable would not be legal here.

I found that when I had 5 ' cables I had a hard time anchoring them and getting the right height off the ground. It takes about 40" of cable to make a 12" loop then If you set them 12" off the ground you have just about run out of cable. 6' or 7' gives you some options. But you have to play the cards your dealt.

If you use a swivel In the middle the lower part Is always reusable. Well If you can run extensions It's a mote point on the legal length of the CR. DUH

Well If you can run extensions It's a mote point on the legal length of the CR. DUH Not quite, if the cable restraint is over 60" without extension it is illegal. It is also important in Mo. to differentiate between "snare" and "Cable Restraint" -we can use "snares" as they are defined separately under the Code: (51) Snare: A device for the capture of furbearers in a water-set by use of a cable loop. Snares must be constructed of cable that is at least five sixty-fourths inch (5/64") and no greater than one-eighth inch (1/8") in diameter, and must be equipped with mechanical lock and anchor swivel.
