Its curtains for the hogs on Wednesday. I am butchering at home and plan to make some blood sausage (mustamukkara). Does anyone have a good recipe to share, or has anyone tried blood sausage before? I had it when I was a pipsqueak but hardly remember the taste. Looking forward to it. My mom has lost the recipe but I found one online:
