With her health issues, Judge Ginsburg is clearly incapable of doing the job she is being paid for. She owes it to the American public to retire. The fact that she has not retired, shows her as clearly partisan.

She's a tough old bird. She's had boughts with cancer a few times and a few falls lately.

I agree a tough old gal , They will keep her warm by what ever means possible , heat lamps, embalming fluid ect!!

Because I have compassion for all political persuasions, I just sent her a get well soon card and a carton of cigarettes...

I hope trump gets no more picks for the SCOTUS. With his record of so many of his other positions having been filled with people who have exited like rats from a sinking ship, I prefer he not make any more lifetime appointments.

One of the main reasons I voted for Trump was the Supreme Court issue; the vacancies and appointments we all knew were coming. The current make up is now 5-4 in favor of conservatives (although you never know about Chief Justice Roberts). Had Clinton won, the current make up would likely be 5-4 or even 6-3 in favor of liberal ideology.
