With her health issues, Judge Ginsburg is clearly incapable of doing the job she is being paid for. She owes it to the American public to retire. The fact that she has not retired, shows her as clearly partisan.
Keith I agree 100%. I wish no ill will to her but she should give it up. Clearly she cannot preform her duties.

Not a democrat. Not trump. A republican. BTW, next to hillary being the other choice, the main reason I voted for trump was because of the scotus positions that may open during the term. He has made too many bone-head moves for me to have any faith in his choices. And it looks like many of his hand picked choices have come to feel the same. So your not happy with Gorsuch and Kavanaugh?

While I won't quibble over the exact amount of Trump's net worth, I think it would be hard for a man of his means and background to surrender his decision making to too many people. There's just not a lot of people you could consider his peer. I imagine that's how he thinks.

"The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint enough to keep from meddling with them while they do it." Theodore Roosevelt This only works if the people feel they are respected and when they respect their boss.

I don't wish her dead but anyone who says people don't have an uninfringeable right to be armed has no business deciding what is constitutional or not. her goal is not constitutional government as her job demands but instead making political decisions and calling them legal decisions.
I believe she voted that eminent domain can take property from a private owner and give it to another private owner rather than limiting forced sale only for public property.
nothing great about her "legal" decisions.

nothing great about her "legal" decisions. X2 she should retire if for no other reason then her health makes her largely unable to perform the duties expected of her but the libs will wheel her to the bench in an iron lung if necessary just to keep from having to give up a seat on the court to another selection of the current president

I have no doubt in my mind that most if not all of her decisions had political bias behind them. To the liberals on this site she is a champion. To sensible people on this site she is a political tool that tries to push legislation through, via the bench.

To sensible people on this site she is a political tool that tries to push legislation through, via the bench. A female, gay minority is a shoe-in for the court. These appointments are entirely political.
