Well then easy peasy, just listen to music all the time. Seriously, that's interesting. Can you think of any recent changes at all. Like maybe diet, environment, or perhaps other new meds your taking now verses 3 years ago.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Never heard of that white but I agree, it's worth a shot. When you feel like crap all the time, anything is worth a shot. I did have a buddy back in the 90's who struggled with high bp and he found a Indian Dr who swore he could cure it with diet. So he took a 40 day leave of absence and joined the Dr's program. It was 30 days of digestive cleansing, mostly carrot juice and supplements. Then it was a very strict diet. Have to say, it worked. He never looked better and said he never felt better and he never needed meds for hp again! Actually I had never heard of this thing RESPeRATE until last night. My primary care physician sent me the link to it. Yesterday my BP had been spiking all day... But last night, right here on the forum, while some of us were sharing music on that one thread.............I took my BP. It had dropped from 177/90 to 120/60. I sent that reading to my PCP. She sent back the link. So she is thinking that my BP was moderating in response to the music.....thus the thinking about external rhythms influencing pressure Exactly ! Live brain scans have shown singing connects both sides of the brain , literally lighting up the screens ....it entails full circulation of the electromagnetic system, hence raising energy , same deep breathing , slow exhaling , focus on breathing, better posture ....leveling heart rhythm. Interestingly, the same technique used in long range shooting , too. Singing is fun anyway

Then I'm with Sharon, I bet it's just a matter of them matching the right one for your body and then your golden. I have know more than several people, some family, who struggled a bit with HBP and when they found the right med that worked they were good to go. It will work out, but in the mean time I would be soaking up the tunes!

Yep...WOW..Just like that White the guy says let's change 3 out of 4 BP meds Yeah. Well the 4 didn't seem to be doing the job so my PCP talked with the cardiologist and the state's head pharmacist. Doing nothing really doesn't sound like a viable option
