Mr. Trump declaring a State of Emergency to build the wall will succeed. It was only attempted once in history by Mr. Truman I believe he was trying to stop a strike to support Korean War cause in the 1950's but not allowed by the Supreme Court, much different today because congress gave the President the power to declare a National State of Emergency in the 70's. Supreme court is not going to over turn the wishes of congress. Don't count on it John, Roberts is a wildcard. Just my opinion. Plus, RBG has just now shown back up in court. Whether she is there for this vote, who knows. Without her it would probably be 4-4 tie, if Roberts stayed within the confines of the law. I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
