This is a public forum. Anything posted on the open boards (that is, not in your PMs) can be seen and searched by anyone on the internet. That’s why most of us use an anonymous user name.

There is no such thing as privacy anymore.

There is no such thing as privacy anymore. No doubt. And I think "internet privacy" is probably an oxymoron. I'm not a computer science major, but I don't believe there is anything you can do for your question. In today's world, if it's typed, sent or submitted, it's out there.

You can't do anything. Even if you went and deleted everything you posted, web caching sites have everything backed up. You can't delete that without sueing those sites.

No such thing as privacy. Just for fun one day, I entered my name in a search engine (I refuse to use google) and my address came up with a complete description of my house. The square footage, the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms, and the current market value. I got news for them. it ain't for sale and if they new what was inside they'd have a coronary. You can't do anything. Even if you went and deleted everything you posted, web caching sites have everything backed up. You can't delete that without sueing those sites. And you would loose even if you did not go broke first Like said above anything that is posted on a public form and for that matter most private ones unless encrypted is going to be searchable which is why most use a call name, now if you want what you search and do on the net to be largely anonymous that is doable with a little work, the easiest way is searching and browsing using a VPN (virtual private network) which will largely anonymizes who you are and where you are accessing the net from as well as what you are searching for and accessing anyways. It is the easiest way if your not a computer person and don't want to get into encryption and other more geek intensive forms of hiding you identity But if you are interested let me know and I can help you out

Just think, 20 yrs from now and your running for office and they pull your old post up with a picture full of fur on a wall and have it on a picture at your next political rally and shout you down. You say well atleast I didnt promote the slaughter of new unborn babies, but they didnt display them for pictures but threw them in the trash or made skin cream to make themselves beautiful for the "Queen of Heaven". They think their deed is covered and no one remembers. I may not have a picture to display and may not have a case seemingly, but thats all recorded for the White Throne judgement day. The small and great will be there. Its still not to late to repent, but repenting means sorrowful and not doing it anymore. Anyway you might lose the election for what you showed on the internet, just remember the Seven Spirits of God is an all seeing Eye!
Have we backed ourselves into a corner where we are afraid for our life, life styles and beliefs. The Essenes wrote on animal skins and saw the looming trouble ahead and hid them in caves, later to become The Dead Sea Scrolls. They knew they had enemies and had to be secret and used the sign of the fish, one would kneel and draw half in the dirt and the person indoubt would draw the other half if he was friend.
Well Im' too far along now to keep secrets and I intend to yell Gods justice, love and mercy from the roof tops.

VPN won't stop your posts from being viewed by anyone or Google. Never said it would unless it is a site that uses encryption to ensure privacy where unless you have the encryption key the site is unsearchable
