What ammo are you using for dispatch?

I have one in 22 lr over 410. Nice little gun and close to perfect as an all around trappers gun.

S&W 317 3 inch with CCI 22 short HP. Gave up CB shorts after finding too many mashed out on coons skulls, not penetrating and having to shoot them again with the long rifle up next in the cylinder.

I use a ruger single six.Great gun.I had a Mark II but gave it to one of my sons for his trapline gun.The Mark II is the most accurate .22 pistol going In my experience.

The 22mag on the double badger is accurate as can be expected for a short barrelled rifle.I have shot fur with it beavers mostly but a few fox also.
I have taken hundreds of grouse with the gun(410)
Cant beat an over\under for versatility,for both fur and potting meat,and the fact that it folds in half makes it a great gun to carry on the bike or snowmachine.

Law Dog,i have a stainless 2206 only pistol i've found i can hit something with which is why i carry a little rifle.i miss more than i hit at point blank for some reason.

Another Browning Buck Mark guy here. I liked the first one so much I bought a spare. And easy to toss on a set of Hi Viz sights (if you didn't buy the model with them installed).

Law Dog nailed it, I have one like his and a brushed finished aluminum, also a cross draw advocate, just make sure you snap your holster shut, can't tell you're carrying it.

That is one special little J frame.Classy!

Was a ruger mark ll til it went off one day when I closed the slide... havent touched it since and that was probably 4 yrs ago. Been carrying a h and r .22 ever since

I got One just like that one bought It aboard ship when I was heading for Okinawa. That was In 1960.

Love that gun. I also carry my 22/410 when driving to sets.

My dad had one of those when I was a kid in Apache Black. I wonder what they would have named a pink gals model.

I use a Ruger SR22. Great little trapline gun.
