I heard rumor today that our governor slipped the two gun control bills That didn't make it out of committee into his appropriations bill. Can any of you find out the truth of this? I don't even know where to start.

I haven't heard anything about this.

That would be a good way to kill his appropriations bill.

We oppose this bill

SF 2625 is a bill introduced by anti-gun, F-rated Senator Ron Latz where he has attempted to hide gun control proposals inside of an appropriations (budget) bill.

This bill is unlikely to move on its own but rather will be used in order for Senator Latz to try and amend these elements onto a similar bill during debate on the Senate floor later this session.

The Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus is strongly opposed to this bill or any gun control amendments that may come out of this effort.

T-Rex, I can't express how little I think of politicians. They would have to gain intelligence to be classed as stupid. However, they are extremely dangerous.

Extremely dangerous might even be an understatement.

But, to dismiss them as stupid could be equally dangerous. There are a lot of brilliant minds, with dark agendas in the political ring. Fortunately, there are still a precious few that actually care about their constituents.

I really have to wonder:

A guy that hates all politicians, because they are stupid, and dangerous. Who does he vote for???

No one??

I vote for deporting them!
