Anyone received a check from the last auction, yet? Allegedly, they were cut 9 days ago.

Just doing what I want now.

Just because the checks were cut doesn't mean they were mailed....

As some one pointed out on a different thread, the FHA checks for US shippers are driving to Michigan and mailed from there. Then they have to traverse the postal system to their final destination. It has been taking 4-6 days for letters from the eastern US to reach me in north Idaho. No doubt a bit longer to Alaska.

The fact that a shopper in Ontario got his check yesterday is a good sign.

Good point, Nancy. Wonder why the truck the mail across the boarder. Seems odd.

Postage rates. It is cheaper to mail US letters in the US. If you send letters to the US from Canada, you pay international postage rates.

I can send you a letter for 50 cents. It cost about $1.15 to send the same letter to Canada. Purely an economics decision.

So it is safe to assume the magazine is also shipped in the states. 🤣

Now I'm really confused. I don't give a sheet about the magazine, I paid my CITIS fees, paid my commision, and simply want my money in a timely fashion.
