Officers who are out there doing the right thing are just doing their jobs, you see a vehicle in violation you stop it and conduct a mv stop and go from there. Stops already change traffic patters and add confusion on the roadway, no need to sit roadside and play 50 questions unless there is pc or rs and there are elements that support it for secondary violations etc, that need to be further investigated. Can't allow your emotions to run the stop or call for service.
