I agree Mike. And even if the truth aligns with her opinion.......that the bumper sticker was mocking Black Lives Matter.......... so what ? That still falls under first amendment freedoms.

Commission members DID NOT GO FAR ENOUGH.

She gets a vacation and a slap on the wrist. That would be appropriate if she were a secretary or a janitor for example.

But she is the Executive Director of the Human Rights Commission for crying out loud. The rights of others are supposed to be what she is looking out for.

Instead she abuses her authority and a State SM site to promote her own liberal agenda.

No, the "punishment" is NOT appropriate. She needs to be fired and someone who has actually read the Constitution (and can spell "rights") should be found to fill the position.

This whole thing was disgusting from the start. First she gets the head probation officer and they both leave business cards on the guys truck with the writing on her card telling him to move the truck. She didn't know whose truck it was. This was INTIMIDATION! Then she uses the HR commission FB page to harass the guy. Then she emails the building owner and tries to get the guy (a plumbing contractor) to lose his contract with the owner.
Local ABC news had one of the commission board members on last night (fri.) He voted against the suspension and felt she should have been fired. He said she smirked and had a little smile on her face when they announced her punishment. She should be fired!
This woman COLLUDED with another top state employee to harass an honest citizen. This is a bad and dangerous woman!
