My wife has froze them. If I recall, she prepared them as usual. Then froze them individually on a cooking sheet before combining them.

Morels? If so, we just cut in half , clean and freeze on cookie sheet then bag them in freezer bags. Their good for 8- 9 months that way. One thing though, when you get them out, don't thaw them. Start cooking them while there still froze. This ^^^^^
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....
