I know several people with permanent liver and neurological issues from ingesting mushrooms they thought might be "magic" mushrooms. Society might be better off selling them.

im pretty sure anybody that wants them already has them.
if we want people to be more responsible we need to quit rewarding irresponsibility.
end welfare

Seen the other day the amount of emergency room visits are way up from people just using pot the wrong way, seems people are consuming the edibles and not getting instant results then eating more and freaking out when it all kicks in. LOL So the mushrooms will take it to a new level!

I thought you said they were going to the hospital? those things you describe that are crimes with victims are usually caused by consumption of the drug known as ethanol. are you saying we need to make that illegal again too?

just because cops and jailers feel guilty for arresting and keeping incarcerated people that are addicts is not a good reason to continue doing it. its not working. drugs are everywhere and so are addicts.
if a bait isn't catching coyotes do you keep using it?

if a bait isn't catching coyotes do you keep using it? People are often jailed to protect themselves and others Danny it's not that simple. Just letting people do stupid stuff, damage property and acting crazy jail can be the best place for them. When the action of another takes away from others it's no longer a bad choice that only impacts them and others have rights also.

Depends on what they do while they are on the dope?
If they crash into my car, me.
If they run through your fence, you.
If they drive past a stopped school bus and hit a kid, several.
I guess it all depends. im pretty sure those are crimes in every state and there are definitely victims. if somebody eats to much marijuana, has a panic attack and calls an ambulance, I guess the ambulance crew would be a victim since they have to go on a run where no emergency exists or even a need for medical care.

I dont think it is beneficial to dope fiends or tax payers to have any drug illegal. Its not making them even a little bit unavailable. Chasing addicts costs untold trillions of dollars and incarceration even more money with no benefit to those of us paying the taxes. LE is tied up playing whack a mole and real crimes with real victims dont get the attention they should.

I have no clue. I know a lot of deadbeats have migrated there since pot was made legal. Ending welfare would go a long way toward making people take responsibility for themselves. A lot of them have moved on to southern California now it is legal there, because winter is easier to deal with. People I saw going in this store looked like the same cross section you see in a liquor store. Took this picture in April
