I know a fella that boycotts Walmart, yet drives past two small town lumberyards to shop at Lowes 70 miles away. Same guy refuses to buy beer at a grocery store or quick mart. Gotta buy it from a liquor store. Capitalism and free choice is what made our country what it is.

I'm just wondering what companies are on everyone's boycott list. Mine are- Dicks "sporting goods" Target Gander Outdoors Yeti Kroger I don't want to support any company that is anti-fur, anti-2A or anti-Christian. I know that there are many more that I didn't list (that I don't know about/don't recall at this time) and I know it is probably near impossible to boycott them all, but I would like to know of others so that I can try to spend my money in the right places. Thanks for any input. Why Kroger? I've always heard they pay well and noticed they hired people with disabilities.

The thing about walmart is they are one of the biggest or the biggest chain in the country which means they have the most employees nation wide. They pay low wages so many of these employees are on government subsidies. So keep shopping there and keep supporting welfare. It's your tax dollars. I refuse to shop there. If the jobs are so bad, why don’t folks find other jobs? Are they being forced to work there? This is just terrible... having to be on government assistance making $175,000 for managers and $14.26 and $11 for everyone else. https://www.foxbusiness.com/retail/walmart-store-managers-175000-year-reportLooking for a job at Walmart Opens a New Window. ? This is what the retail giant Opens a New Window. is paying its employees. Continue Reading Below Walmart revealed its U.S. store managers are making an average of $175,000 a year while full-time hourly workers are earning about $14.26 per hour, according to the company’s 2019 Environmental, Social & Governance report released Wednesday. The company hires more than 1 million people in the U.S. Newly hired employees, however, will start at $11 per hour or more — above the federal minimum wage rate at $7.25 per hour, according to the report. Key department managers can start earning as much as $24.70 per hour. “We’re investing in our associates through wages along with better educational opportunities, benefits and training,” CEO Doug McMillon said in the report. He didn't say the jobs were bad. Tee employees are told during orientation how to get welfare/assistance. Because of this they can keep their margins up and keep people shopping at their stores.

Boycotts are kind of dumb. For example if you want to boycott because of anti fur you would have to boycott your own government because they are anti fur(anti marine mammal fur trade).
Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I have never heard of that ever happening here or any where for that matter. I know that some people have had a bad experience working for walmart but from what I have seen if you want to work do good work walmart can be a good career. I dont know maney places that a high school drop out can work there way up to a 50k a year in 4 years.

They will advertise "Cosmopolitan" magazine front and center, for all the kids to see, but not a "Gun Digest". Young kids can read about sex, sex positions, how it's "cool" to be gay/transgender, etc. etc, but God forbid the read about guns.... No thanks, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
