Very interesting, now if someone could get the ball rolling . As in term limits..

Term limits, balanced budget, congress exempting itself from the laws it passes for the rest of us.

But I'm still against the idea. The last 2 elections were 50-50. Half the country disagrees with me. I don't want to open the constitution for a rewrite because I don't know what will happen.

The key point that might make it work and protect us is the fact that it is 1 VOTE PER STATE. MT would be on equal footing with CA and so on.

I know it's never been used but I'm afraid if we continue to rely on our federally elected officials, we the people will lose. There is a risk but very minimal. I guess it's a risk I would be willing to take.
