Is the ( 4 GAL ) square bucket the size you use for making 220 boxes? Was looking online at them and it appears they come in all different sizes. Anybody have a good source they’d like to share on where to get them in quantity? Thank you

Try your local hardware store. Lots of nails and screws they sell in their bins come shipped in those buckets.

I bought mine at Menards. Plan on a little extra for hardware modification. 1/4" hardware screen for the bottom with fasteners. Eye hook at the side(s) for staking in place if you want to anchor that way. They work.

Square buckets + 220's = dead dogs.

This can happen...... Also O.P. check your laws for legal trap sizes and locations of sets.

I’m not trapping in New York . I don’t have to worry about dogs on desolate Texas ranches, and if there are any there’s strays that are as unwanted as a coyote.

Nobody has answered though if the 4 gal is the correct size for 220s? It looks like I’ll have to order some. The closest Menards is up in Kansas I think.

I believe Okie Trap Supply in Oklahoma sell them for $1 ea. Did several years ago anyway. As far as dogs running loose,owners need to take on some responsibility.When you have a lady who has 4 dogs running for miles, run cattle thru an electric fence and ticked off farmers,it is not always the trappers fault for being where he has permission to be.

Those 4 gal square buckets work but I don't care for them. I like wooden boxes much better.

Yes they are the size you use for 220s

Talk to the local cat lady . Kitty litter boxes work perfect

only if you DON'T put a 12" roof overhanging, easy peasy

Some restaurants are good sources as are bakeries.
