I find this as great discourse but it saddens me to see so many saying war war! who cannot comprehend how awful it is for those doing the Waring I have about 40 guys here in our program who are emotional wrecks, including myself, over chants of war war. Unless you are willing to TRULY support their healing by actively reaching out to them please reconsider your position. Not like any one reaches out in Waynesboro, PA. No one was there for my failed marriage and I reached out.

Our nation is in a war with leftist, many who reside within our on boarders. As Yes sir has mentioned it's a trap. I believe Iran is a pawn in the leftist scheme. Keep our attention on foreign wars, while we lose the internal war going on within our on boarders. The fight is here gentleman. Not in Iran. It's time liberty loving citizens recognize this and do something about it. Our Founders gave us the ability/power to insure the survival of our Republic, we just have to be willing to use them. Bullets are not what I'm referring too. Those should be reserved as the very final option when all other options have failed. Your close. The war is with the real owners. Left vs Right is just another divider to keep us occupied.
No Jab.

The problem with just bombing them into the stone age is that it is like stomping on a pile of shat-it splatters all over the place. Afghanistan is basically stone age and it spawned Bin Laden and 911. Carpet bombing can kill and maim a lot of people but those left with the burning hate will bring terrorism to our shores like has never been seen before. That may be the case regardless.Likely just a matter of time before an Iranian or one of their proxys detonates a dirty bomb in a western metropolis.
Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

But, who would you rather fight the war...…..men? or would you rather have it brought to your women and children in their back yard. Someone has to step up at some point and face it. As it is, our country is being overrun because nothing has been done.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

The youngsters on here figure that since their Grandpa sprayed the farm for thistles back in 1945, things will be peachy and never have to be sprayed again. That's funny ...... Too bad uncles dick and george came in and spread so many weed seeds and left the youngsters and thier children a huge problem to try staying ahead of and a huge bill to cover we old folks have no intention of paying.

No one was there for my failed marriage and I reached out. And a guy like john bolton beats the war drum after he did what was needed to keep himself out of combat. Bolton was a supporter of the Vietnam War, but purposely avoided military service in Vietnam.[37][31] During the 1969 Vietnam War draft lottery, Bolton drew number 185. (Draft numbers were assigned by birth date.)[38] As a result of the Johnson and Nixon administrations' decisions to rely largely on the draft rather than on the reserve forces, joining a Guard or Reserve unit became a way to avoid service in the Vietnam War, although 42 Army Reserve units were called up with 35 of them deployed to Vietnam shortly after the Tet offensive in 1968–69.[39][40] Before graduating from Yale in 1970, Bolton enlisted in the Maryland Army National Guard rather than wait to find out if his draft number would be called.[41][42] (The highest number called to military service was 195.)[43] He saw active duty for 18 weeks of training at Fort Polk, Louisiana, from July to November 1970.[42] After serving in the National Guard for four years, he served in the United States Army Reserve until the end of his enlistment two years later.[5]
He wrote in his Yale 25th reunion book: "I confess I had no desire to die in a Southeast Asian rice paddy. I considered the war in Vietnam already lost."[37] In a 2007 interview, Bolton explained his comment in the reunion book saying his decision to avoid service in Vietnam was because "by the time I was about to graduate in 1970, it was clear to me that opponents of the Vietnam War had made it certain we could not prevail, and that I had no great interest in going there to have Teddy Kennedy give it back to the people I might die to take it away from.

Given Selective Service Number 3 26 46 228. * Bill Clinton classified 2-S on November 17, 1964. * Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on March 20, 1968. * Bill Clinton ordered to report for induction on July 28, 1969. * Bill Clinton dishonors order to report and is not inducted into the military. * Bill Clinton reclassified 1-D after enlisting in the United States Army Reserves on August 07, 1969 under authority of Col. E. Holmes. Clinton signs enlistment papers and takes oath of enlistment. * Bill Clinton fails to report to his duty station at the University of Arkansas ROTC, September 1969. * Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on October 30, 1969, as enlistment with Army Reserves is revoked by Colonel E. Holmes and Clinton now AWOL and subject to arrest under Public Law 90-40 (2)(a) ‘registrant who has failed to report … remain liable for induction’. * Bill Clinton’s birth date lottery number is 311, drawn December 1, 1969, but anyone who has already been ordered to report for induction, is INELIGIBLE! * Bill Clinton runs for Congress (1974), while a fugitive from justice under Public Law 90-40. * Bill Clinton runs for Arkansas Attorney General (1976), while a fugitive from justice. * Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977 from Carter. * Bill Clinton FIRST PARDONED FEDERAL FELON ever to serve as President. All these facts come from Freedom of Information requests, public laws, and various books that have been published, and have not been refuted by Clinton.

What we need is several decades of a non intervention policy. Keep our defense strong and our swords sharp, but adopt a policy where not every event demands US intervention.
Not sure how much imported oil the EU uses , but they might stand to lose a lot more than us. Where are they at ? Arab League ?
