a look at world news tells us you are absolutely right , make guns hard to obtain and the killing doesn't stop the tools do then it is knives , then knives get banned , then heavy beer glasses and at some point perhaps owning a tree limb not immediately cut into lengths of less than 16 inches will be illegal , wait how are you going to cut the limb into sub 16 inch lengths after your hatchet has been banned why you must hire the profesional tree limb chipper to come make it safe for you. it is a never ending downward spiral .

and all it does it make things less equal , a 200 pound man and a 95 pound woman with a handgun are both about equal but when the gun is taken away , she keeps loosing , so much for equality.
