I've got another one for you guys. Buddy found this buried in his yard while searching for corner posts on his property in preparation for putting in a fence. We have no clue what it is, it doesn't match any of the pig castrators I'm familiar with. Glove for size reference.

My buddy said anyone who correctly identifies it can have it for free, you pay the shipping laugh

Looks like something from a boiler burner grate.

Aztec Sundial. The inside for time the outside for calendar or it might be a Whatchamacallit.

On a serious note I've seen the guts out of the big hand crank corn sheller that looked similar.

My neighbor had a upright Westinghouse Steam engine that had a grate pan like that. It also had a leather V belt that hooked together to take off to keep out of the weather.

I believe that Larry has the answer, a grate for a coal fired heater.

A glove stretcher.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

A cull pile separator to a water cooled pig castrator.

And ya know it works evidenced by the four fingered glove!!

If it's cast iron it is unusual there is not much rust for something that must be 100 years old.

Looks more like the spokes in a early edition of a Gatling gun

the outside ring of a shaker grate for a coal stove
but this one is the winning guess
