Yes lol, but they don't look like that. Perhaps we are talking about two different things but hey, I would eat that any day. Great breakfast man. I do the same with groundhogs. If I don't get a deer, I have 30 plus in my freezer and get made fun of lol. Hey I always say I will try anything once... 'cept coyote or wolf. Ain't no way I'm eating one of those things. Hey don't turn up your nose at compote d' coyote until you've tried it !! Great dessert. Goes well with a glass of Blue Nun or Sneaky Pete, 2018, aged 3 weeks in cardboard !

I know a lot of us on here won't eat beaver meat but I have found it's about the closest tasting thing to beef that isn't elk. Exactly my thoughts also.
