No, she's just not that bright. AOC, like so many of her generation, have been taught how to parrot Leftist orthodoxy in the guise of academic scholarship. This is the trademark of Postmodernism. Learning how to think and applying that skill in novel situations was/is deemed heretical and subversive by their mentors. So when AOC, and so many like her, are confronted with thinking on their feet, they naturally fumble and spew out incoherent nonsense because they lack the fundamental skills needed for rational thought.

I've seen this so many times before that I shouldn't have been surprised, but her babble fit the pattern so well that it was almost too perfect if you what I mean.
