If they are.in fact honeys the answer is yes although some people experience stomach upset.
I would urged you to join a club before foraging or pick with an experienced picker.
I e been hunting and growing for 30 plus years and pass up many I'm not sure about.

The honey mushrooms I pick have a ring on the stem where the cap had been attached, those don't. They may be another type of honey mushroom but I would avoid any mushroom you're not sure of.
