Electronic caller with a crow fight sound. An owl decoy and a couple of crow decoys, even chunks of black plastic waving in the wind will work. Camo up and take the plug out of your shotgun. I like #6 shot pheasant loads. Jump shoot them. If you knock one down they will follow. More often than not, if you keep the call on or shut it off for 5 minutes and restart, they will return. Good camo is a must and an extra shooter doesn't hurt. It's a blast! No pun intended.

Trust me on this.
Shoot a couple any way you can, from anywhere.
Hang those dead ones in plain sight.
You will have no more crows in the area.
Period. x2, and if you have any ground floppers, let them , the others will see them and flap wings elsewhere. KEEP IN MIND: They are a FEDERALLY protected migratory bird! Check for seasons and limits etc.

My 2 cents : when using an electronic caller don't use it like you are calling coyotes face the speaker straight up and that will cause them to come in much closer

In Minn. Here, we have two written seasons....... However; and this is the funny part. Any other time "Crows may be shot, when they are doing damage- Or About To Do Damage" Well Ma, that one there I shot just had that look in his eye!

Bought a new place. They are in the wooded fencerow east of me early in the morning roosting. They are tearing up the farmers corn in my driveway. When I pulled in this afternoon probably 30 of them took off out of the lane. There’s corn on both sides. Apparently they eat the edge rows down kinda like coon but the stalks still there just kinda bowed down. Anyway they be smart if I remember right so I don’t want to just hap hazzardly pop up like on Hee Haw and start blasting or they’ll know what’s up.
What’s the best odds for my first pass? Maybe I can score some points with my new farmer neighbor. Thanks. Well my name on here is description of crows---one my favorite things to hunt across as many states as I can with big flyways. If your goal in this situation was to kill the majority of crow off, you wouldnt do it at this place if the birds are in fact roosted. If you have e-caller that would be a great option but its not needed on small numbers of birds. Fall birds are nothing like winter and spring birds. Your best options seldom include large fighting setups that some people think of as crow hunting. In fact that is the way to often not kill large number of birds when you are dealing with small localized family groups. A group of 30 birds this time of year as you described is the result of a few locals families that have joined together prior to their migration when they will meet up with thousands of others and get into groups of tens of thousands. Instead you would go a couple miles away and set up in another place where they are feeding using limited decoys and limited calling and gently coax them in. The goal is for them to roll into you in singles or groups of 2-3. if you are a crow hunter, as a general rule you aren't inclined to set up within sight or sound distance of the roost as it blows the birds out kinda like shooting geese off roosted water. but if you want the birds out of this field and they are roosted there, within one of two outings you can get them to move on by making a big ruckus/lots calling particularly fighting calls and shooting at them particularly so that they see you. when you are hunting them the goal is to avoid being seen as very much as possible but if you want them gone and they see you shoot that should scare them off. if you leave your vehicle in sight of where you are hunting, they will spook with just the sight of it

make your own bait pile, . set up so you can EASE over a hill, with cover, and snipe them from 200-300 yds with whatever varmint rifle ya have. each time you vaporize one, the flock flies up, around, then lands right back into the corn/wheat etc you put out for them. I've taken as many as 17 out of a flock of 19 like this before the last 2 decided to leave. When we used shotguns, an owl decoy (modified so its wings flap) and a few silhouette crow dekes (made from black socks and coat hangers) helped us wear them out, too.
