With that sort of attitude, living in the sticks all by yourself does make sense....for everyone's sake. I had a 325 mile route in southern Minnesota with Courier Dispatch many, many years ago. It wasn't residential, but long hours and lots of heavy lifting. I did it for 5 years and know the sort of crap drivers go through, and the residential guys have it far worse.
