Anybody have any chest waders that they’ve had good luck with, I bought lacrosse mallard ll’s two years ago and they fit really well and were comfortable but were leaking at the seams after one season. Thanks.

only pair of chest waders ive had that never leaked in the seams was those old rubber hodgemans! But it was like wearing a saggy lead suit. Guess you don't get much for 200 dollars these days! Even the guaranteed ones they give some lame excuse as to why they wouldn't refund you! I gave up and went to hip waders at least now I understand when my crotch gets wet!

Use a seam sealer on them and you will cut down leaking to almost nothing. I have 2 pair of them and I would much rather have a little seepage then the hip boot scenarios. You only have to Steve over hip boot depth a couple time to appreciate a slightly leaky wader.

Wish I had more time to trap....

If you can't find seam sealer.use seal all glue. Funny thing is mine don't leak in the legs.jjst the crotch.

Mine are mostly in the crotch too, I’ve used aqua seal, seems to work good can’t keep up with the leaks though
