why no talk of charging NAFA with passing bad checks?

can't get blood outta a turnip thing i think.-cut losses and run and not push the issue in hopes good things will come from it.

I'm pretty sure that's what they're thinking. Drag it out till we close up shop. I'd be finding out how to put a lean on them for whatever fur they still have and money owed and press charges. Unless they have already been bought by SAGA. But you can still press charges. If enough folks in enough states did that I'm pretty sure it would get some attention and traction.

Canada doesn't have any specific criminal laws on bouncing checks - the US does. Instead, Canadian law treats these as false pretense cases, so you would need to prove intent to commit fraud. For most, the legal costs to accomplish that would be far more than what was owed.

Send NAFA a demand letter for payment of money owed.
