Winchester 30 30
Winchester 17 hmr
Henery 22 LR

The 17 and 22 have been fun to shoot with the scopes but i think levers look better naked

A scope on a lever gun is sacrilege....I don’t care how bad your eyesight is....

The Winchester .375 is nice but the ammo is expensive.

Here is mine...given to me from one of my firearms instructors many years ago. Marlin 1894 .44 Mag. Lots of use in competitive cowboy shooting events. Smooth as butter to operate.

Great for hunting and varmint control.

I shot a coyote in a dead run after a whitetail fawn long ago with this. I heard the fawn screaming at the top of it's voice, ran outside , saw the coyote in hot pursuit almost in contact with the fawn, Mum right behind the yote. Yelled at them to hopefully get their attention, and the fawn turned and ran straight to me, the yote right behind , not even focused on me. I shot him with this rifle , tumbling him nose over tail . Shot high in shoulder near the spine. Sometimes prey being chased will respond to humans and run towards them in heat of the moment. It worked this time.

This rifle is a dream to shoot . So compact and easy .

I will always love my 300 Weatherby M V Mag, but this one is a very close second to my favourite .

A friend has a golden Henry that I love to shoot as well, but hers is new and will need some miles to be as smooth .

Sure are pretty rifles on here.

1953 Marlin 336 SC chambered for .35 Remington. My dad bought it new and shot his first buck with it that same year. It was eventually passed down to me and I shot my first buck with it. I passed it down to my middle daughter who shot her first buck with it. She has a two-year-old son who I am hopeful will be the fourth generation hunter to kill his first buck with this gun.

I used to have a lot of them (sold the collection) but did manage to keep these two. One is a model 64 deluxe in .32 special (1953) and the other is a model 94 in .30-30 caliber (1957). Both mint.

Model 94 from 1954 I put a leather shell holder and a 2 inch extension on the butt stock that can both b easily removed. I also put some Peep sights on it but have the original sights stored. It is chambered in 30-30[Linked Image]

I use my grandpa's model 64 in 30-30. Nice to see other 64s out there.
