Broad question, you may want to break it down further to just coyotes or just foxes. I am a big fan of fox urine.

wanna be goat farmer.

Scrap venison ground up and aged 2 weeks at room temperature then add Dobbins bait solution as directed let set another 2 weeks then add the SB packet. Oh, forgot to mention I double grind and grind in one fair sized Castor to about 5 pounds. What I don't mix with bait solution I save for next batch (frozen). Works great on Fox and coyote. As far as urine, my preference is fox but coyote urine will catch fox also contrary to popular belief. I use Apple Road horse meat bait and Mark June's Widowmaker as change ups.

Wish I had more time to trap....

I also have a friend and fellow trapper that uses my venison bait as his main bait. He does very well with it and catches both fox and coyote on it. He prefers coyote urine. That is why I use coyote urine, he trades me urine for bait. [Linked Image]

I have been using weiser western lures horse meat bait for years and I really like it. I also use his lures, my favorites are Montana long call and the coyote gland lure he makes. I’ve caught 9 coyotes so far this fall with those, and I missed some that I should have caught. The bait and lure did their job, but my pan placement was off.
