Tire shop that services tractor tires. They put in solution with water and pump it into rear tractor tires for weight.

Walmart, almost any hardware store, homedepot, lowes, tractor supply, Ocean State Job Lot.

Swimming pool supplies.....calcium chloride is used to increase hardness in pools if you can't find another source.
