If they had called it a touchdown, they would have reviewed and upheld it. Instead, they called the runner out of bounds and there is no review of that. The officiating has been awful the entire game, make that all season. NFL officiating is awful!

Belichieck let is frustration get the best of him when he challenged the first down call. If he had not done that, he could have challenged and got the touchdown.

Every now and again it is good for the Pat's to be on the other side of some officiating mistakes. It also comes back on coaches to waisting challenges.

That play is a prime example of the broken system in place that defines the use of replay. If the goal is to get it right, the system needs to be revised. With the speed of the game, it is easy to see how officials miss some of the calls, especially judging in bounds or out. There was a terrible call in the Saints game today that was also not reviewable.

The review system currently in place is just as bad as no review at all.

I had a VFW Christmas Party and a wake to attend today saw only saw about 10 minutes of the Packer game, which looked like we barely played well enough to beat a sub standard team.
I saw most of the last quarter of the Pat-Chief game. To not be able to contest obvious flagrant fouls because one has no challenges etc. to me is just plain wrong.
I believe the fact that the video review is available the on the field refs and the officiating team are not paying as much attention to the game as they did before or should be as they should be. Now it is the responsibility of a team to decide to see if refs were right or wrong. The players and coaches should not have to play officiating games along with their football game to me. Officiating all sports or anything that involves refs etc. are judgement calls but it seems that in football officiating has become a larger part of the game then other sports to me. It may be due to the much higher level of attention that football gets then many other sports.

There were no bad calls. The games are manipulated by the officials. Big business the NFL is.

Mine was the blatant no-call foul shoving Mahomes out of bounds, or maybe the BS PI call on Kelsey, or... maybe I'll cry too. LOL

The Pat's defense is still very, very good and by far the best in the league as to points scored, but it is not a good thing to be losing one's intensity this time of the season. It seems that their offense is still searching for a more stable and consistent out put, which is very unusual for the Pat's this time in the season.
To me and I am limited in my football knowledge that there is a shift to having QBs that can run and throw consistently as that gives a team another blocker as well as a pass threat. Also the other big play in the NFL now is on long downs just throw the ball up and hope for the 25-40 yard pass interference call. To me that just takes credibility away from the actual playing of the game.

I'd say the Saints not going to the Super Bowl last year was.a bigger hosing.

You must have missed the game where the Vikings were playing the Saints for the right to go to the Super Bowl in NO. Brett Favre was the QB for the Vikings. They were hitting Favre late throughout the game and the refs never called any of them. It was found out later that the scumbag coach of the Saints was paying his players to hit Favre late to take him out of the game. The refs had to be in on it too for failing to call anything. The refs and the coach should have been suspended forever from football.

I wonder why anyone would spend time watching a rigged game? If that's the case..
