I pulled my line for deer season. Was going to reset last weekend but we've had nearly an inch of rain and warm weather since then.
I need cold (frozen ground) and dry.
Eh...wot?

-8 right now with about 18" of hardpack. Wet fall prevented farmers from getting all their corn out so predators are in the fields where all the game is at. Very little movement as they have no need to go far. This year sucks.
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

One minute your on ice or frozen ground then you break through into a muddy spot out of the blue.

80 degrees. Drought conditions. After beaver and otter. don't plan to set for predators until we have 2 weeks of cooler weather.
