Please note some observations regarding the December crop report which is almost exactly like the November report. Production and production issues and weather don't seem to be the driver now. South America and tariffs are the main issues. I am hoping that the Chinese and US can find some common ground. It appears the new North American trade treaty is near at hand and the news is it is basically NAFTA 2020. There are some labor and wage issues within this bill but being enforceable is questionable.

Fields here sill have corn and beans in them snow drifting is not any help either. Freezing would of firmed up the ground a bit as it is soft in places and it's to late when you figure it out. Now add snow cover and it won't get better for a while. One big mess for the farmers good cover for the critters.

Same here with unpicked fields. Those shed antlers are going to be rough on machinery times this spring!

I have nothing clever to put here.
