I have horrible hands. My right hand has carpal tunnel very bad and mu left has knife, saw, and broken bone damage. I have a horrible time finding gloves that actually fit and work for me. Right now the go to is wool lined tank mittens with cotton liners missing the tips on the thumb pointer nad middle finger. I cant seem to set a dogged trap with gloves on that have tips on those fingers. I haven't found a glove i can actually use water trapping so my hands normally just freeze and go in my pockets as i trap. Setters and getting my carpal fixed would cure that. Pride has gotten in the way for years of that but i am over that now.

Fingerless is pretty much all I wear. Wool gloves. Easy to shoot with or use a phone or anything else you need to do. I used to cut the fingers out of cotton gloves but wool is the way to go.

Just like wearing a hooded swit shirt with the hood up. When its warm out.
Having a woman drive the guy around while hes setting with his seat way back in the reclining posision.
True signs of "Hey look I'm a doper."

No worse than someone wearing shorts and a parka on a subzero day......

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Mountaineer's use them to help keep the fingers from getting so cold so fast, while keeping dexterity.
